Cancellations
- As ITE is a commercial intermediary between the service provider (the SHIPPING COMPANY) and the final customer (KIKOTO user), ITE is not responsible for any changes that the SHIPPING COMPANY may cause in the reservation, whether it be cancellation, delay or relocation.
- In case of cancellation of a departure, if a refund is applicable, it will only be made effective by the SHIPPING COMPANY or by express authorization from the same to ITE.

- If you need an invoice, write to us at facturacion@kikoto.es providing the booking locator and tax information.
How to ensure the security of your account
